A future 18-hole championship-length course is planned to follow the natural topography of the land.

Nine Oak is the largest planned community on Lake Eufaula, offering approximately 2.5 miles of shoreline, with nearby access to Carlton Landing, the new Nine Marina, and convenient access from a major state highway.

Planned walking paths, golf cart trails, parks, 100-foot-tall legacy oaks and open areas will connect neighborhoods throughout the community, including access to Fossil Lake and other community gathering spaces.

Phase One Where Nine Oak Begins
Phase One introduces the community’s first release of wooded and lakeside homesites alongside early infrastructure, recreational spaces and shoreline access opportunities.
Roads, utilities and gathering spaces are already in progress, giving future residents the chance to become part of the community early while the long-term vision unfolds around them.
Future Phases Coming Next
Future phases will continue expanding Nine Oak with upscale golf course homesites, elegant cottage lots, recreation amenities, dining, retail and additional gathering spaces designed to support both full-time residents and part-time visitors.
